Important Pair of 19th Century Japanese Porcelain Imari Vases with Bird Decor
Make a beautiful statement in your living room by placing these large, antique vases on your mantle or console. Sculpted in Japan circa 1880, each porcelain Imari vase has an ovoid form, with long necks and open flared rims. The ceramic vases are decorated with floral decor and a central bird medallion in a neutral rust palette. Both of the impressive vases are further embellished with painted decoration on the rim. The tall, sculptural vases are in very good condition and are signed on the bottom.
