This exquisite, antique figure was carved in Southern France, circa 1650. Standing on a square walnut base, the detailed statue is in the shape of a young child with long hair with a right hand up. The saint wears a traditional tunic with a matching cape draped over his shoulders. The expressive figurine is in excellent condition and has its original polychrome and paint finish throughout.
