Decorate your fireplace or kitchen back splash with this elegant antique fire back. Crafted in France circa 1870, the ornate arched fireplace essential features a typical French family “blason” (French for coat of arms), topped with a Royal crown; the crest is decorated with Fleur-de-Lis and fish motifs, and two branches of foliage and acorns wrapping up the crest. The large plaque is in excellent condition with a rich patinated black and silver finish. Weight 51 pounds. Measures: 21.5″ W x 23.25″ H.
