Carved in Bordeaux, France circa 1760, the fold out desk is both stylish and functional. The writing desk is crafted from solid cherrywood and features four bow drawers with bronze hardware across the front. The top folds down to reveal a large leather writing surface with 12 small drawers, a small tabernacle door in the center and a secret sliding drawer underneath. The elegant fruit wood piece has a skillfully carved apron and scrolled feet.
