This elegant chest of drawers with a marble top was crafted in Paris, circa 1750. The antique commode features four bow drawers across the front with intricate marquetry work and original gilt bronze handles, mounts, apron ornaments and scrolled feet. Both sides are curved as well with detailed inlay work. The top is a “Pierre d’Ardeche”, a rare marble stone from the center part of France. Overall, the piece is in excellent condition with a rich patina and beautiful craftsmanship. Measures: 57.5″ W x 26″ D x 34″ H. SKU: 141-163
