Place your Bible on this antique, baroque book stand. Crafted in Italy circa 1760, the lectern sits on two folding legs decorated with scalloped edge, and features hand painted gilt motifs including a cross on the front and one one the slant panel. The music stand is in excellent condition with a rich gold leaf patinated finish throughout, over a pale blue grey background. Measures: 13″ W x 1″ D x 18.5″ H (folded) 13″ W x 9.5″ D x 14″ H (open).
