This elegant, antique biscuit box was crafted in England circa 1864-1920. Cylindrical in form, the granite body of the container is topped with a silver plated, hinged cover that is finely chased, four scrolled feet, and an integrated stand that’s ornamented with four female busts. The faces spring from beaded acanthus leaves and have beautiful details and design motifs throughout. Place this piece on a kitchen counter for storage, or on a shelf for display.
