19th Century English Wooden and Silver Plated Bowl on Hoof Feet with Deer Motifs
Decorate a dining table or a console with this elegant antique bowl. Crafted in England circa 1880, the round oak dish stands on silver plated hoof feet, and is decorated with stag head figure handles and embellished with a shield on both sides. The vide-poche is in excellent condition commensurate with age and use and stamped on the bottom B&D with numbers 3088. A wonderful Black Forest bowl for a hunting lodge or ranch house. Measures: 14.5″W x 10.5″D x 8″H.
