19th Century French Carved Oak and Tan Leather Dining Chairs- Set of Six
Dress a dining table with this elegant suite of antique chairs. Crafted in France, circa 1880, each side chair stands on front turned legs, and is decorated with a carved front stretcher. Each chair has a tall arched back and deep seat, both upholstered with their original patinated tan leather upholstery, and further embellished with decorative brass nail heads. The Louis XIII style dining chairs are in excellent condition commensurate with age and use, and have a rich walnut patina throughout the frame. Some blemish on two leather seats (see last few pictures) Measures: 19″ W x 18″ D x 42.75″ H.
