19th Century French Carved Variegated Marble Pedestal Table with Brass Rings
This elegant, antique multi-color marble pedestal was crafted in France, circa 1870. The Napoleon III piece sits on a sturdy square double plinth base embellished with a brass ring decorated with repousse acanthus leaf motif. The round stem neck is decorated with an ornate brass ring mounted with foliage motifs. The surface features a removable swivel square top. The tall colorful pedestal is in excellent condition with a patinated brass finish and different shades of marble in the red, rust, grey and white palette.
