19th Century French Gothic Forged Polished Iron Ten-Light Island Chandelier
This elegant antique light fixture was forged in France, circa 1890. Rectangular in shape and over 4 feet long, the Gothic chandelier features an intricate pierced gallery with intricate scrolled work around the perimeter, and embellished with Fleur-de-Lys motifs; the light has four corner chains connecting to a decorative crown at the top. The large chandelier has ten inside arms newly wired and each torch light is dressed with a decorative candle cover sleeve. The important chandelier is in excellent condition and adorns a patinated silver and black polished steel finish. This heavy fixture would make a beautiful statement in a kitchen over an island counter. A true one of a kind! Included: A canopy, loop, and chain; each color-matched to the fixture.
