19th Century French Green Glazed Terracotta Decorative Bowl from Provence
This elegant antique Tian (Provencal term for bowl) from southern France, was crafted in Provence, circa 1870, the round handmade terracotta bowl features a small handle, a server beak, and has a subtle green glaze on the inside with natural earthenware finish on the outside. Use this small dish as a serving piece or as a centerpiece fruit bow or flower arrangement. The large decorative vessel is in excellent condition with a rich patinated glazed green finish. Old repair adding character. Measures: 23.75″ diameter 9.5″ height.
