Decorate a table or a buffet with this elegant antique jardiniere. Crafted in Paris, France circa 1880, the porcelain cache pot is decorated with two medallions; one depicting a courting scene with two lovers, and the other with a large flower arrangement. Both medallions are surrounded by gilt floral border on a blue cobalt ground. The planter is signed by French master painter artist E. Grisard. Additional marking underside with interlace “L” in blue for further authentication. The cache pot is excellent condition with rich and vivid colors. Measures: 9.5″ diameter 9″ height.
