Versatile, this petite Louis Philippe mirror could be hung horizontally or vertically. Crafted in the Burgundy region of France, circa 1880, the petite antique mirror has traditional, timeless lines with elegant rounded corners. The rectangular thick and carved frame is decorated with a luxurious gold leaf finish. The classic wall piece dressed with glass and wood backing from later addition, is in excellent condition, and adorns a rich and bright patinated gilt finish. New hook has been installed on the back for easy handling and installation. A wonderful small mirror for a hallway! Measures: 14″ W x 18.5″ H.
