Crafted in the Burgundy region of France, circa 1870, the rectangular antique mirror has traditional, timeless lines with an elegant arched top. The frame is decorated with a luxurious gold leaf finish. The classic wall piece is in excellent condition with its original mercury glass and wood backing, and adorns a rich and bright patinated gilt finish. New wire has been installed on the back for easy handling and installation. This Louis Philippe mirror could be added to a number of rooms in your home for a traditional French style, including over a mantel or in a powder room between a pair of sconces.
