Crafted in the burgundy region of France, circa 1870, the antique wall mirror has traditional, timeless lines with rounded corners and embellished with an arched top. The elegant frame is decorated with a luxurious silver leaf finish, with an engraved geometric decor around the frame and decorative beads around the frame. The Classic wall piece is in excellent condition with its original mercury glass, sturdy wood backing, and a rich and bright patinated silvered finish. New wire has been installed on the back for easy handling and installation. This Louis Philippe mirror could be added to a number of rooms in your home for a traditional French style, including over a mantel or in a powder room between a pair of sconces.
