This elegant antique stool was created in Northern France, circa 1880. Built of chestnut and rectangular in shape, the piece stands on four turned legs connected with a sturdy stretcher at the bottom. The rustic stool is in excellent condition with a rich dark walnut patina; versatile, it could be used as a small side table, or as a step ladder to reach tall cabinets. Measures: 17″ W x 11.25″ D x 21″ H.
