19th Century French Louis XIII Carved Walnut Turned Legs Octagonal Stool
This elegant antique stool was created in Northern France, circa 1870. Built of walnut and octagonal in shape, the seating stands on four turned legs connected with a sturdy stretcher at the bottom. The rustic Louis XIII style stool is in excellent condition and adorns a rich walnut patina; versatile, it could be used as a small side table, a plant stand, or as a step ladder to reach tall cabinets. Measures: 16″ W x 11.5″ D x 20.5″ H.
