19th Century French Louis XV Carved Cherry Farmhouse Table with Pull Out Leaves
Crafted in the Poitou region, western France circa 1880, the antique fruitwood table stands on elegant cabriole legs over a scalloped apron dressed with a single drawer. The Provincial farmhouse table is further decorated with two pull-out bread board at each end and the top is built with three plank boards. The dining or breakfast table is in excellent condition commensurate with age and use, and adorns a rich walnut patina; fully extended, it will accommodate eight to ten people. The 19th century Louis XV table could also be used as a console against as wall or placed behind a large sofa. Measures: 78.75″W x 31″D x 31″H.
