This elegant, antique console was crafted in Lyon, France. Carved of oak, the console table features a serpentine shaped marble top on a conforming base. The apron has a carved sunflower flanked by scrolling acanthus leaves and flowers. The table stands on tall cabriole legs finished by hoof feet and embellished with acanthus leaves. The console is in excellent condition with a light oak patinated finish. Place this versatile piece against a hallway wall or in a living room for extra display space under a mirror or work of art.
