Add charm to a family friendly living room or nursery with this elegant kids armchair. Crafted in France circa 1860 and heavily carved, the antique chair stands on tapered and fluted legs decorated with floral medallions at the shoulder; the armchair features a oval back embellished with the traditional Louis XVI ribbon bow at the pediment, two carved and curved armrests upholstered with beige velvet and embellished with acanthus leaf decor. Both seat and back are outfitted with handwoven cane. From the carved wood to the padded armrests, this carved baby chair is in excellent condition with a rich walnut patina and beige caning. Measures: 17″ W x 15″ D x 28.25″ H.
