This elegant antique brass and bronze floor lamp was crafted in France, circa 1880. The fixture stands on a sturdy tripod base supporting with three kneeling cherub angels holding up the legs of the lamp. The stem lamp extends up into a column embellished with more cherubs head figures in the middle and floral motifs throughout. At the apex of the lamp the main body widens into a tray, which would elegantly lead the eye into the shape of the lamp shade. The fixture is dressed with two lights and an on and off foot switch. The Napoleon III floor lamp is in excellent condition commensurate with age and use and adorns a rich patinated bronze finish. Place the light in a living room, a den or study next to an armchair for a chic European look. Shade not included. Measures: 8.5″ W x 8.5″ D x 61″ H.
