Place this elegant antique tole tray on a coffee table or hang it on a wall. Crafted in France, circa 1870, and oval in shape, the colorful platter is decorated with a hand painted center medallion depicting a landscape in rural France with a castle in the background, a river in the front and shepherds and sheep; wonderful details throughout the painting. The Napoleon III style tray table is in excellent condition commensurate with age and use, with rich patinated colors on a red background embellished with discrete floral accents. Measures: 23.25″ W x 18.25″ D.
