Set in the original carved giltwood frame, this large antique painting was created in Hungary circa 1870; the art work depicts a typical pastoral scene with a farmer lady washing clothes in front of a farm house with geese and chicken around. The canvas is signed on the bottom left by the artist, B. Guniczky. The colorful painting is in excellent condition with bright and rich colors.
