19th Century Louis XVI Oil on Canvas Pastoral Painting in Carved Gilt Frame
Created in France circa 1860 and set in the original carved gilt frame, the hand painted canvas depicts an outdoor scene with men and women in formal clothing talking in front of a castle; the scene is further embellished with a herd of dogs following the master coming back home.
