$1,700
About
The elegant hat rack was crafted in France, circa 1930 in the style of German-Austrian cabinet maker, Michael Thonet (1796-1871). The hall tree features two rows of eight hooks each, so it could be used as a dual hat and coat rack. The tall rack decorated with a circular ring to hold umbrellas upright, stands on four scrolled and wide legs for a sturdy base, and embellished with a bottom finial. The coat rack is in excellent condition and has a rich walnut patina throughout. Bring a retro, yet practical touch to any entry or dressing area with this useful carved coat stand. Measures: 31″ W x 31″ D x 81″ H.
