$2,200
About
Bring a retro, yet practical touch to any entry or dressing area with this elegant, carved coat stand. The useful hat rack was crafted in France, circa 1920 in the style of German-Austrian cabinet maker, Michael Thonet (1796-1871). The hall tree has a wide sturdy base; it stands on four double scrolled legs further dressed with a ring to hold umbrellas upright. The coat rack features two rows of eight hooks, so it could be used as a dual hat and coat holder. It is embellished with a top decorative finial. The halltree is in excellent condition commensurate with age and use and adorns a rich patinated white painted finish. Measures: 23″ W x 23″ D x 77″ H.
