Place this tall, elegant brass umbrella stand at your front door or in your mudroom to catch loose canes and umbrellas. Crafted in France, circa 1920 and made of brass, the stand with round bottom and scalloped rim is decorated with hand painted motifs of playing cards suits symbols (heart, spade, club and diamond). The stand is in excellent condition and has a rich polished and patinated finish (a few black scratches on one side); it could also be used as a waste basket in an office or bathroom. Measures: 10.25″ diameter x 19.5″ height.
