Decorate a study or office with this elegant antique armchair. Crafted in Provence, France, circa 1920, the corner desk chair stands on carved cabriole legs decorated with acanthus leaf motifs at the shoulders, and ending in escargot feet. The chair features a scalloped apron embellished with floral rosettes, and curved armrests upholstered with a tan leather and dressed with decorative brass nail heads. The comfortable, classically French seat is dressed with cane as well as the rounded back. The timeless armchair is in excellent condition commensurate with age and use, and adorns a rich walnut patina throughout. Measures: 24″ W x 26″ D x 32.5″ H.
