Bring an authentic French countryside touch to your kitchen with this large antique copper marmalade bowl. Crafted in Normandy, France, circa 1870, the decorative “Bassine a Confiture” (jam bowl) is round in shape and dressed with two brass handles attached with rivets. The simple, traditional kitchen accessory is in excellent condition commensurate with age and use, and adorns a rich polished finish throughout. Versatile, the dish could also be used as a punch container, a wine or beer cooler filled with ice, or simply as a centerpiece cache pot planter.
