Crafted in France, circa 1870, the elegant antique cabinet stands on front rounded columns ending with bun feet and embellished with decorative brass mounts at the shoulder and the base; the small fruit wood chest features a drawer across the front over a center door opening to inside shelving and decorated with a round wooden knob. The top is dressed with the original variegated black marble surface. The petite nightstand with clean and traditional lines, is in excellent condition and adorns a rich walnut patina; versatile, it could also be used as an occasional side table.
