Mid-19th Century French Hand Painted Concrete Pot with Bird Motifs
Crafted in France circa 1870, and made of concrete, the decorative cylindrical architectural recipient stands on a circular plinth, and features hand painted bird species perched on tree branches. The antique colorful stand is in excellent condition commensurate with age and use with wonderful patinated colors on the blue, green and yellow palette. Versatile, it could be used in a room corner or entry filled with stick or foliage, or as a display column pedestal by adding a 12″ circular top to it. Measures: 11″ diameter 45.5″ height.
