Decorate a dressing room or hallway with this 6 foot tall and narrow antique gold leaf trumeau! Crafted in the Burgundy region of France, circa 1860, the rectangular mirror features a top cartouche decorated with hand carved bird motifs, the traditional Louis XVI ribbon bow, arrows, laurel leaves and tassels. The timeless wall piece is in excellent condition commensurate with age and use; it has the original mercury glass with some visible spots, a sturdy wood parquet backing, and a rich patinated gilt finish with green painted background. New wiring in the back for easy handling and installation. Practical and versatile, this tall skinny mirror could also be placed between two windows. Measures: 13″ W x 69″ H.
