This pair of antique Black Forest bird sculptures was crafted in France, circa 1870. Made out of oak, each oval wooden plaque features a hand carved partridge in high relief standing on rocks with tall reeds around. Both pieces have been stripped and refinished in a light walnut patina. They are in excellent condition, and could be hang in an office or library. Measures: 15.25″ W x 19″ H.
