Dressed a farm table with this elegant pair of antique provincial benches. Crafted in Normandy, France, circa 1870, and carved of pine wood, each farmhouse bench stands on a pair of angled trestle legs with visible mortise and through tenon joinery. The eight foot seat is built with one single rectangular board plank and embellished with rounded corners at the end. Both long and wide benches are in excellent condition commensurate with age and use, and adorn a rich walnut patina; they could also be used in an entry way, hallway, or game room for extra seating. Measures: 98.75″W x 14.5″D x 19″H.
