Pair of 19th Century French Empire Elm and Ebonized Nightstands with Marble
These elegant, antique bedside tables were created in France, circa 1890. Both matching cabinets are made of elm wood; they have a recessed center door flanked by a pair of round, ebonized columnar supports decorated with brass rings both at the neck and the base. The top has the original black marble top, which is located over a discrete drawer. Both of the unique nightstands have an architectural element to them, and are in excellent condition with a rich patinated finish throughout. Measures: 16″ W x 15″ D x 32″ H.
