About
Accessorize your wet bar with this colorful pair of antique ceramic figures. Crafted circa 1860, the priest figurines, Father Anisette and Father Cognac, represent two famous French drinks; “anisette” (before dinner drink), and “cognac” (after dinner drink). Signed on the bottom by the artist F. Albus, these porcelain figurines feature wonderful hand painted grapes and flowers on their robe and hat, in a blue, yellow and white palette. The pieces are in excellent condition with a richly patinated, painted finish.
