Pair of 19th Century French Louis XVI Carved and Painted Six-Leg Benches
Complete your entryway or living room with this pair of antique painted benches. Crafted in France, circa 1880 and rectangular in shape, each long bench stands on six tapered and fluted legs decorated with floral rosettes medallions at the shoulder, over a carved apron embellished with hand carved motifs. Both seats have been upholstered with a beige suede fabric that will complement any home style from traditional to contemporary. The benches are in excellent condition with an old rubbed patinated finish in the grey and white palette; they could also be used in a bedroom at the foot of a king size bed. Can be sold separately.
