These hand carved winged cherub figures were crafted in Italy, circa 1880. The hand-painted putti carvings feature their original polychrome and gold leaf finish for a luxurious result. The colorful cherubs are expressive in their movement and facial expressions. The antique wall hanging sculptures, found in a chapel in southern Italy, would make a charming addition to a living room or study in your home. The religious sculptures are in excellent condition commensurate with age and use, and adorn a rich patinated polychromed finish. Hooks in the back for easy installation. Measure: 7″ W x 17″ H.
