Pair of Early 20th Century French Louis XV Carved Painted Bedside Tables
These elegant antique nightstands were created in France, circa 1900. Each Louis XV bedside table stands on cabriole legs decorated with acanthus leaves at the shoulder over a scalloped apron with a carved shell in the center. Both cabinets have three drawers across the front embellished with decorative brass hardware (one has one drawer and a door, see pictures). The side tables also feature a raised carved decor around the perimeter. These tables are in excellent condition and adorn a two-tone painted finish in the grey/blue and white palette on all four sides. Place these feminine nightstands on both sides of a queen size bed. Measures: 22″ W x 14″ D x 27″ H.
