These elegant antique nightstands were created in Italy circa 1920. Built of mahogany in the art nouveau style, each cabinet stands on square legs ending with brass capped feet. The case is fitted with a single drawer over a fall front cabinet door, and decorated with incised foliate garland motifs on all four sides. The square surface is dressed with an inset floral tile band decor in the yellow and rust palette. Both bedside tables are in excellent condition with a rich walnut patina.
