Crafted in Italy circa 1860 and over 3 feet tall, each elegant candle holder stands on a sturdy triangle base decorated with hand carved angel faces over three paw feet with scroll decor. The carved stem is embellished with angel, bead, and acanthus leaf motifs throughout, and the top is dressed with a metal bobeche to catch any dripping wax. The detailed grand walnut religious pieces are in excellent condition commensurate with age and use, and flaunt their beautiful, original polychrome and painted patinated finish.
