Pair of Mid-Century French Brass and Glass Side Tables from Maison Baguès
These vintage side tables were created in Paris circa 1950 and attributed to Maison Baguès. Made of brass, each table stands on tapered legs embellished with top finials over a bottom stretcher. Each surface is dressed with the original tinted glass top. The tables are in excellent condition commensurate with age and use with a rich patinated gilt finish. The sleek, simple design of the rectangular side tables along with the mirrored surfaces make these pieces the perfect addition to a living room of any style. Since 1860, the Maison Baguès has been located in the center of Paris and specializes in the creation of luxury furniture and lighting. Early on, it became the emblem of French Savoir-Faire in wrought iron work and brass, along with French craftsmanship, which is highly valued internationally. Measures: 20″ W x 14.5″ D x 18″ H.
