About
Decorate a mantle, table or buffet with this colorful pair of antique planters. Sculpted in Rouen, Normandy circa 1950, and almost round in shape, each ceramic jardiniere stands on scroll feet over a scalloped apron; each planter is further dressed with side handles and features a scalloped rim at the top. Both cache pots are decorated with hand painted floral and leaf motifs and are further embellished with a carved shell decor in high relief. Dominated by shades of blue, white, mustard and orange, the decorative ceramic flower pots are in excellent condition with rich and vivid colors. Markings on the underfoot for further authentication. Measures: 11″ W x 11″ D x 9″ H.
