Pair of Midcentury French Louis XV Romantic Colored Prints in Gilt Frames
Decorate an office or a study with this elegant pair of framed Louis XV antique prints. Crafted in Paris, France circa 1970 after Nicholas Delaunay (1739-1792), and set in a custom carved gilt frame protected with glass, each print depicts a romantic scene with people dressed in 18th century attire. Named “Le Billet Doux” (the sweet note) and “Qu’en dit l’Abbe? (what does the priest think?”), the wall decors are in excellent condition with wonderful details and rich colors.
