Add a radiant accent to your space with this petite antique sunburst mirror. Crafted in Spain circa 1920, and measuring 8.5 inches wide by 11.25 inches high, the piece is cast in heavy iron and finished in a warm parcel-gilt tone. Its flamboyant oval frame is bordered with stylized rays that evoke ruffled petals or flames, surrounding a mirrored inlay of alternating square and rounded segments for added depth and sparkle. The original oval mirror plate remains intact with minor spotting and silvering loss consistent with age. The back features its original board and a metal loop for easy hanging. Despite its compact footprint, the mirror has a surprisingly solid weight and sculptural presence. Ideal as a luminous accent in a gallery wall or entryway vignette. Excellent condition commensurate with age and use.
