Decorate a bedroom, entryway or a living room with this elegant antique console table. Created in Southern France circa 1760, the delicate fruit wood table stands on cabriole legs decorated with acanthus leaves at the shoulder, and ending with paw feet. The bombe and scalloped apron is decorated with an exquisite hand carved round medallion flanked with foliage motif on both sides and the traditional Louis XVI ribbon bow. Both curved sides are embellished with wheat decor. The surface is dressed with a shaped variegated grey marble surface. The period Louis XV table is in excellent condition with a rich walnut patina, exquisite carvings and beautiful stone top; a very special piece! Measures: 31.5″ W x 23.5″ D x 28.5″ H.
