Carved of sandstone and set on integral stepped base, the tall vintage felines are shown sitting on their back legs and holding a heraldic shield with their front paws. The Westcott armorial lions have wonderful expression with long hair and thick paws. Both stately cat sculptures are in excellent condition and adorn a weathered patinated finish with evidence of outdoor use; they could be used as sentinels on either side of a front or back door. Each cat weighs over 118 pounds. Measures: 10” W x 9.5” D x 32.25” H.
