Decorate a dining room or grand entry with this impressive antique chandelier, crafted in France circa 1920. Executed in hand-forged iron, the fixture is designed in the elegant Louis XV taste, with gracefully scrolled arms radiating from a central standard and richly adorned with acanthus leaf and foliate motifs throughout. The twelve-light configuration is arranged over two tiers, creating a well-balanced silhouette with substantial presence and warm ambient illumination. The chandelier retains a beautifully aged verdigris patina, complemented by hand-applied gilt accents that highlight the sculptural details and lend depth and contrast to the composition. Each arm is fitted with a scalloped bobeche, echoing the floral theme and adding texture and refinement across the design. The upper section is crowned with a stylized foliate finial, completing the piece with a strong architectural finish.
