Decorate a fireplace with this elegant antique fire back; crafted in France, circa 1780, the arched shaped iron plaque features a neoclassical palace scene with Roman columns on both sides. The center shows a woman in long robe standing on top of stairs, and attending a fire. The square fireplace essential is in excellent condition with a rich polished finish, and could also be used as a backslash behind a kitchen stove. Measures: 19″ W x 19″ H.
